 Our Dealer Program is pretty straight forward. We sell to our Dealers at a discount (which is kept confidential until your Dealer Application has been reviewed and approved). Larger discounts are available for quantity purchases. Dealer Requirements In order to become a "Phony Pony" Dealer, you will need to: 1. Read and agree to the Terms & Conditions of our Dealer License Agreement. 2. Complete and submit our Dealer Application from this website. 3. We then review your Dealer Application, and either approve or reject your application. 4. If approved, all you need to do to become a "Phony Pony" Dealer is complete our initial Dealer purchase requirement, which is currently (10) ten swings, purchased at Dealer prices. Purchase Plans We offer Dealers several purchase plans: Normal Dealer Sales You purchase our Phony Pony tire swings at quantity discounts. We ship all the pony swings to you, and charge you actual shipping costs. You sell the swings out of your own inventory. You set your own price. Drop-Ship Plan Under the Drop-Ship Plan, we will drop-ship a Phony Pony tire swing directly to your customer. We then bill you for the pony at the QTY=1 dealer price, plus actual shipping costs. You charge your Customer for your retail pony price, plus shipping. Consignment Plan Under the Consignment Plan, you pre-pay for a certain quantity of Phony Pony tire swings - but you leave them in our Warehouse. Then when it is time to ship the product to your Customer, you simply notify us with shipping instructions and we "drop-ship" the swing for you. You are only billed for the shipping cost, which you recover from your Customer. You never touch the swing.
