 The Hanger ... 
The photo on your left shows the strong, metal "hanger" loop at the top of the tire swing. A chain or rope is looped thru this hanger to attach it to the supporting
structure above it.
There are several ways to install "Phony Pony" tire swings such as: . Hang from Tree . Hang from Swing Set . Hang from Deck Hang from Tree

A simple chain, or rope, can be used to hang the swing over the top bar of any outdoor swing set.
Make sure you use a strong rope or chain rated to support at least 250 lbs. Hang Under Deck 
The "Phony Pony" tire swing can also be hung under a 2-story deck, or from any ceiling or rafter -- indoors or outdoors.
